Our USB flash drive is made from premium quality memory chips and all are quality tested with full memory capacity before released for delivery. Furthermore, we also have strict quality control for all USB flash drive that supplied to all of our customers. The warranty period for all of our USB flash drive is one year beginning from the receiving date.
Warranty / Claims
Flashtify only warrants the functionality USB flash drives that distributed from our source and not included the content or software supplied in the USB flash drive. The warranty does not cover any damage of products that is resulting from accident, misuse, incorrect repairing on your own, or caused by the environmental condition. This one-year limited warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund of credit for those damage USB flash drive.
To make a warranty claim please contact Flashtify’s telephone number stated in our contact page or email us to firstname.lastname@example.org within the warranty period given (one-year) together with the proof of purchase and product code number.
If the product malfunction or damage due to delivery, please provide us with the evidence in forms of photos and specified the damaged area, in order for us to conduct investigation and analysis with the relevant parties involved. Any feedback of product damage must be made within 7 days after the received date. All feedback that is made after 7 days will not be entertained. If the product damage has resulted from our product failure, you may return the damaged item with some proof of purchase:
1. The original invoices or receipts from your purchase.
2. The original packaging and all the items that included by the manufacturer, including all accessories, manuals or other items included.
IMPORTANT: If your returned item/order has missing items, the returned may be refused/not entertain or maybe the credit will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The warranty period begins on the date of the goods are received.
